Rose & Bear

My name is Nicolla and I am the owner of Rose & Bear and I would like to thank you for visiting my shop. A bit about me... I am a wife, a mother to two most beautiful and brilliant children and a rowdy American Bully and I work full time as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst. I love to volunteer to for various events for my children's school, as well as work and I also lead the Rewards & Recognition program for work. You could say I am one extremely busy woman, but I always make time for family & friends and myself, of course. My idea of "me time" or "self care" is crafting. It is the one thing that I do solely for me and it brings me immense joy to be able to create for all of you. I started my small business journey soon after my son was born in 2020. I wanted him to have it all, still do, and at some point I realized if I customized items for him myself, I could build this skillset that would allow me start selling my artwork. And so I got to work. I pulled google and YouTube and did my research. I purchased first Cricut machine, heat presses, bundles and bundles of adhesive vinyls and heat transfer vinyls, cups, shirts, cosmetic bags and totes and I practiced practiced practiced. I remember the very first thing I made; a gray bandana drool bib for my son and I customized it with the word "Stud" above the image of bow tie. It was absolutely awful lol, but I pressed, pushed myself and to this do I continue to practice my craft. I take pride in what I do and it brings me true enjoyment and my only hope is that I am able to give that enjoyment to others as well.
